Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Works are carried out in accordance with the agreed scope, programme and specification. Variations requested after acceptance are priced separately and confirmed in writing before execution.
Payment terms, warranties, site access, permits and liability are set out in each quotation and the EFS standard conditions of contract, which are provided with every proposal.
